This is an alternate hike destination for those who wish to do it on their own, rather than with our usual organized hikes with a designated hike leader. For those interested, please plan to meet at the base of the Palm Springs Tram at 8 am on Saturday, May 31st. (You'll need Sunday to recuperate!) If enough Trail Tramps show up, you may get a group discount from the standard $24 round-trip fee to ride the tram to the top of Mt. San Jacinto.
